Lieutenant Edward Talker (TedTalker) is a British Military Policeman and a dog handler who works at the Garrison in Lancaster. He joined as a fresh faced 16 year old officer cadet, straight out of school and is now 25 years old (and still single).

His German Shepherd Dog, Tolstoy, is one of KristalClear’s friends. Tolstoy and KristalClear can chat on the canine wavelength, but TedTalker is not a demi-psychic.
