What else are we going to use to store hydrogen?\u201d<\/p>\n The problem faced by MaxChaos is that he now has to flatten out a goat\u2019s bladder whilst sitting in the middle of a field at the far end of Fairfield Downs, with no proper workbench, nor any useful tools. And there\u2019s no space left on the small canvas sheet on the ground, because HayWire has covered it with materials and various tools.<\/p>\n As an apprentice, HayWire wouldn\u2019t be allowed to work with hydrogen. But in his own time, in the middle of this open field, somewhere far beyond the city, he\u2019s decided that it\u2019s safe enough to try.<\/p>\n \u201cPlace it in the palm of your hand, and flatten it with your other hand!\u201d he says pointedly.<\/p>\n Holding back the urge to drop it there and then, MaxChaos does what he\u2019s told, squeezing the bladder between the palms of his hands.<\/p>\n \u201cYou handle dead animals all the time don\u2019t you? Just pretend it\u2019s a weird fish!\u201d says HayWire picking up one large brown ceramic jar and one small one. Carefully he pours some hydrochloric acid from one to the other, \u201cthere, that\u2019s about 25cc isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhat\u2019s that?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHydrochloric acid.
