Mr Michael (Mike) Rafone is a teacher of Civics at Broadland Park High School. And he\u00a0has a full schedule at the weekends too. He helps out at the orphanage on Saturdays with extra tuition, and he runs activity clubs, like archery on Sundays.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s a popular teacher, who likes to get things done, and he\u2019s influential without being overly strict. As well as Civics he\u2019s responsible for the school\u2019s Critical Thinking discussions during tutor groups. His sessions are fun, because according to Mr Rafone, almost anything can fit into Civics or Critical Thinking. And he actually knows enough Latin to help make it all make sense. His tutor group, and his Year 11 Civics class include KristalClear, NutJob, Kayt and Conning.<\/p>\n
Michael Rafone is most famous for running OpenMike Night every Saturday night. An amateur variety show featuring song, dance, comedy, drama and more. Anything in fact, that the local community wants to put on stage.<\/p>\n
