At one time in command of the Cogent Harpoon, Major Rhona Wynn remained with the Garrison after the death in service of Major Alastair Wynn. She now has a permanent role onshore as an instructor at the officer cadet training school.<\/p>\n
Rhona is devoted to her only child, Cameron (AKA SkippyNightmare). Juggling life as a working single mother, she has made friends with the single father TomBaker, and although not romantically entwined, they both enjoy ballroom dancing.<\/p>\n
Rhona’s other favourite pastime is making guest appearances with The Filthy Peasants, because she can legitimately be high spirited (like her son) and get away with it. That also allows her to wear her flamboyant Bohemian outfits, even in the Officers\u2019 Mess.<\/p>\n
Whilst Marcus Concordia is the pianist who leads the group, TomBaker plays bodhr\u00e1n, and Rhona will sometimes play the tin whistle, or sometimes sing. The other group members are SheptonMallet on ukulele, and sometimes his wife CherryHinton, (also putting in guest appearances and playing the fiddle). The line up is completed by Oscar Williamson (AKA Elvis), the regular fiddle player.<\/p>\n
This arrangement suits everybody, and it means that Rory Baker and Cameron Wynn get to spend a lot of time together, especially when their parents are busy, and have arranged for sleep overs (to save money by booking only one babysitter).<\/p>\n
